NEXT SCREENING AT THE BEVERLY HILLS FILM FESTIVAL FRIDAY APRIL 17TH, 2026
"A Hero's Burden" is a human story.
Intimate, unflinching, and empathetic. Avoiding political prescriptions, this moving film provides an intimate look into the lives and minds of brothers Daniel and Neriyah Sharabi, who saved hundreds of fellow festival goers' lives at the NOVA Peace and Love Music Festival on October 7, 2023.
Though hailed as heroes, they are overwhelmed with PTSD, survivors' guilt, the grief of many lost friends, the fear for their best friend, kidnapped by Hamas, and the daunting search for mental-health support.
This story of trauma and resilience could occur anywhere in the world—Israel or Palestine, Russia or Ukraine—because the psychological toll of modern warfare recognizes no borders.
Through the Sharabi brothers’ experiences, in real time, the film explores the pressures of instant notoriety, the struggle to understand the events of that day, and the never-ending fear, waiting for a proof-of-life video of their best friend Yosef.
Through this groundbreaking film, the viewer is placed in the nerve center of survival and its aftermath, with an ending you will not believe.

REVOLT TV MUSIC NETWORK
A clip from one of the many music docs I Edited and Produced for REVOLT in its first year on the air.
Because I was one of the OG’s, I was given an amazing amount of creative freedom and room to dig deep, letting the music be a character.
One of dozens of my favorite scenes I Lead Edited and Produced. This one on the delicate subject of prayer.
This was the ending of the France episode on the subject of Water. Shot in Lourdes, we followed people who flock there, hoping for a miracle from its "healing waters". Enjoy.
